Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us!

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we will offer you store credit.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Finale sale items are non-refundable.

Simple steps to Follow:

1. Pack up the item in original packaging as it's been received. 

   Include a copy of your packaging slip with your return. If you don’t have a packing slip, please include the following information with your return:

  • Full Name

  • Email address

  • Telephone number

  • Troppipets order confirmation number

2.  Ship back to us using a carrier of your choice. We recommend using an insured trackable delivery method. Troppipets is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.


3.  Please address your return package to:

  Shipping cost on the buyer own expense. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exception: If you received the wrong item, defective, damaged or not as described we will cover the shipping cost. Your return is on us. 


Your return or exchange request will be processed promptly.

  • Most returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.

  • Most exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt and are shipped via Standard Service. Transit time for exchange packages is usually 5-7 business days from the time the exchange is shipped. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once received we will send an email confirming the receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

6.  We will refund the original form of payment to the original purchaser within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your return. We regret that we are unable to refund the original shipping charges.
